How do filters work on the website?

On our website, there are two types of filters: the general filter on the homepage and the specific filters within each section. Understanding the differences will help you make the most of them:

  1. General filter (Home): Both the "Keyword" and "Audience" fields in the homepage filter allow you to search across all resources available on the website, regardless of the section they belong to. This means that when you use these filters, all resources related to the selected keyword, audience, or both will be displayed, without being restricted to a specific section.
Multiple selection: you can search for more than one term by separating them with a ",". Example: Batteries,Acea.
  2. Section-specific filters: When you are navigating within a specific section, such as "Powertrain Modularity," you will find a filter designed to work exclusively with that section. This filter only displays the "Keywords" and "Audiences" that are relevant to that particular section, excluding those that belong to other sections. This allows for a more precise and focused search within the content of that section.
  3. Advanced search: In this section, you can efficiently find various resources. In Search keyword, you can enter any keyword to locate content. With Select resources, you can choose multiple options from the resources available on the site. Additionally, in the keywords and audience search, you can make multiple selections and even combine terms from both categories. Finally, in section, you can filter resources by sections, with the option to combine them according to your needs.

Recommendations:

  • General filter (Home): Use this filter when you want to explore resources across the entire website and do not have a specific section in mind.
  • Section-specific filters: Use these filters when you are in a specific section and want to see only the content relevant to that section.

We hope this guide helps you use the filters more efficiently. If you have any additional questions, please don't hesitate to contact us.
